JP TURNER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Al Pierantozzi is responsible for branch office integration. Al organizes all of the procedures that will dictate your move to JP Turner. If you are not sure whom you need to contact (or need specialized approval for a situation), Al is the person to assist you. Al will coordinate your orientation to JP Turner with the various departments.
JP TURNER REGISTRATIONS After the initial contacts, screening and acceptance phase, Registrations will play a key role in your ongoing communications with our firm. Once your registration paperwork has been received, Registrations will review it for accuracy prior to submitting. JP Turner will keep you apprised of your filing processes and assist you with any additional state registrations and any other requests you may have.
JP TURNER OPERATIONS From the moment you become associated with our firm, JP Turner's Operations Department will play a vital role in your transition. You will be assigned to an JP Turner Operations Transition Specialist who will be dedicated to your every need. This individual will offer all of the training support necessary to get your business up and running.
Once your business is up and running, our assistance will not end there. JP Turner Operations Liaison will be assigned to your office who will be dedicated to providing you ongoing operational support. Aside from the individuals mentioned above, our Operations Department has a large staff of experienced specialists who will be eager to assist you. JP TURNER ACCOUNTING Unlike other firms, JP Turner will provide complete accounting services for your new operation. JP Turner's Accounting Department will process your payroll, including detailed breakdowns of your brokers' earned commissions as well as preparation of their paychecks, should you so require. Also available are profitability analyses and other financial services that enable you to achieve optimum financial efficiency while still concentrating on running your business--all at no extra cost.
